Restaurant SEO - ranking well vs. customers through the door. Any insight? earn by blogging adsense income

I would like to gather a couple of different opinions on this. I have several dozen "restaurant + city" non-branded keyword variants which are positioned #1 for a single client. Nice that their ranking so well, although I'm trying to find numbers which can provide some insight if ranking #1 within Google for these keywords actually have a financial return for the restaurant.
