Unknown backlinks earn by blogging adsense income

Hey all,

On my site I've done very little link building, like maybe a couple of deliberate links besides social media.

However, I've noticed in google search console that I have 500+ links to my site! They all appear to be from random websites that look kind of spammy. I've also noticed that a couple sites completely stole my content (but linked to me at the end). Could this hurt my ranking?
