Hello all, I turned 21 in august and dropped out of college. I am coming to you all for some advice on where I should be heading. I have read the books Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Richest Man In Babylon, I have other business books on my list like the Millonaire Fastlane. I also have subscribed to Gary V, Simple programmer, several real estate channels, and other very well known business/entrepreneurial channels on youtube. These are my starting points. I have several future plans for my adventure including going back to college for either a computer science degree or a accountancy degree with a potential of going to medical school. The other paths I have in mind is ditching college and helping my dad with his painting company all while learning how to trade on the stock market.
Is there something else I need to know to make actual steps and not focusing on "what if's". Is there some aspect I am not getting like start ups, having the mentality that everything I need to know is free and online, or any other entrepreneurial mindset I am not integrating? My goal in life is to be successful but I have no mentors and I am in a rut that makes me lazy/beddridden. How can I get out of it? Thank you for reading this and I hope I wasn't a nuisance.
