How do I disallow all the subdomains with different servers? earn by blogging adsense income

I am working on one project that requires me to create A records that point to multiple servers dynamically. I don't want those subdomains to index in Google or any other search engine because they are for testing purpose.

Let's say there is site.example.com pointing to 1.2.4.5 and site2.example.com pointing to 2.3.4.5. I won't have access to robots.txt obviously. So, How can I disallow site1.example.com and site2.example.com and all other sites too?

Any help would be appreciated!
