KWFinder alternative? earn by blogging adsense income

My subscription with KWFinder just expired. I've been relying them primarily for their KW SEO difficulty feature.

I've been considering either:

1. Save money and just use Google's KW Planner.
2. Continue with KWFinder
3. Use something else

Any thoughts?
