I'm having an issue with a client. When targeting key phrases like My Service My City, we're doing well in the map pack but poorly in the organic listings.
We're fluctuating between position 1 and 2 in the map pack, but our SERP listing is back on page 3. Page 1 contains 2 articles, a Yelp directory page, and the rest competitors. Pages 2 and 3 contain all competitors.
As we were working this project, we started noticing a lot of movement in the map pack position and very little in the SERP listing. Is anyone able to offer any suggestions, or what I'm doing wrong, as to why I'm only seeing movement in the map pack?
