I'm about to order 500 business cards for my primary 9-5 through Vista Print (there's a 40% off sale right now, btw). It is only $5 more (so a total of around $20) to get double sided business cards with grayscale on the back.
Is it a faux pas to put my personal credentials on the back of these business cards that I'm paying for myself? I would say the credentials are highly relevant to my 9-5 job, and I hope they add credibility in addition to possibly being my contact info for side work.
Having said that, each side is a different "style", and the primary side is for a gov't agency (but I'm a contractor, hence paying for them myself).
Am I better off getting two sets of cards so I can write on the back of both independently? I would say there's a good chance that someone who cares about my credentials in one situation would also appreciate knowing about the other (as I am a public outreach resource in a way).
Fuck it I'm going to pull the trigger.
