I'm a 20 y/o guy and have started a lot of businesses in a range of different industries. They're all completely random, from education to cleaning.
I was being interviewer and the guy was really quiet (there were two people, one was talking and the other was quiet).
The quiet guy, who is more senior, and was looking at me somewhat contemptuously, asks:
"What motivates you do to all this? This is something very unusual for a 20 year old. What drives you? Why aren't you out partying?"
How would you answer this?
