So I live in a US coastal city. Real estate is super expensive. There's a city an hour and a half more inland. People suggested I buy a rental property there and it's done really really well. I'm very very pleased.
I've met other people at networking events thinking about doing the same. I was thinking of making a blog/newsletter/pdf research file. Something.
Right now, I don't have an interest in becoming a RE agent.
I was thinking of maybe partnering with one? People might not like that though if I was getting a fee to recommend someone.
What do you think?
