Just need a quick answer I can't find specifics on anywhere - trying to find a file dispatch app if user enters email address, for lots of different files - NOT a single splashpage for 1 single ebook entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm looking for a file dispatch app/software for when users click on a link and are given the option to enter their email address to receive whatever free item they originally wanted. I have quiet a lot of freebies so it isn't the same as a 1-off splashpage or a pop-up for email subscription on screen. Looked and looked but haven't seen specifics on this, sorry
