Stupid minor question but it has bothered me a bit.
Let's say Alice runs her own IT company with a few employees and contractors. The decisions she makes are that of a CEO / founder / president but she spends more time doing work than leading or managing. Alice's company has also shifted from website development to mobile application development so her job description has changed. Same self-made company, different work over the years, still top dog and final shot caller.
Would you call her CEO / founder for a sense of seniority and ownership? Or a mobile app dev to be more accurate of what she does?
