I cannot believe how terrible that software is and this from a "tech giant" wow. It would even help their primary business of advertising and data mining if they gave me adequate tools to manage listings. The story goes like this... I had a duplicate location (unverified), couldnt delete it without it wanting to delete my youtube videos??? I submitted a support request and in the meantime accidentally deleted the verified one because the unverified one gave multiple "are you sures" so I thought I would just check if there was a duplicate account or something... nope.... BANG deleted the verified one with no confirmation etc. Hopeless. Any of you had to go through the google "my business" struggles?
