Keyword Grammatical Question earn by blogging adsense income

I was trying to determine if when I write a blog post and go in-depth on a given keyword, if it really matters if it's in the post exactly as I'm seeing in semrush / google ads / etc..

Example: Marketing Software Small Business

I can understand that's the keyword that the user would search for, however, in actual writing, it's an incorrect phrase. I'd think that me writing content around 'Marketing Software for Small Business' would obviously be grammatically making a lot more sense.

Does this change matter to Google? Should I be writing the grammatically incorrect way?
