How to do Leverage browser caching? I have added to .htaccess fime in my public_html folder where my page is this lines of code:

But i still have that error. Another one: Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content How to do that? Is this something beginner can do? I need a bit help please
