I'm working with a client that has 2 websites for 2 different locations near Atlanta. He want to consolidate the 2 sites into one. He wants to do this regardless of the impact on the SEO because he wants his customers to be less confused by the 2 sites for the different locations. The 2 sites are performing about the same for their respective location searches in Google. What are some of the negative effects that might happen because of this change? Where should I start to look to determine some of the side effects of making this change?
