City/County Specific Landing Pages earn by blogging adsense income

Hello all,

My dealership is trying to target specific counties in a different state, but in our primary market area. I have seen the idea of "city specific landing pages" and was wondering what kind of content would be on something like this?

Say the consumer searches "Acura near west palm beach" and I am over in Pompano, I'd create a landing page for that person in west palm, but what would be on the page to have it turn up in the results?
