What's the best/most affordable way to attract people to a webinar? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello, I make courses on web/game development and am looking to host webinars to sell my courses.

I've tried to look online for resources on driving traffic to webinars but there are very little amount of guides on webinars compared to guides on email marketing.

Is Facebook Ads or are YouTube ads the best way to drive traffic to a webinar? Would it be a good idea to distribute a guide on how to get started with web development and then retarget those people for a webinar?

Most importantly, how much money would I likely have to spend to get 100 live people to a webinar?
