Need Help/Advice- Trying to start a news agency for a particular niche. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

As the title says.

I have a great brandable domain,website, and relentless drive. I will start a full time job next week and have capital to invest in this business. How do i find writers ect. I don't really know how to proceed. I am looking for something more then simply buying crappy blog posts. I want quality news articles. Any advice is much appreciated.
