Having to call someone has always been a huge source of anxiety for me and for many people I know.
What if there was an app, where you could get someone to call a place for you? If it was to make an appointment, reserve a table or anything else.
The app would work like this: "Secretaries" can register for the service. They have to include the languages they speak and will have a short interview process. The goal is to have at least 4-5 secretaries in each supported country.
The user then can write a new Phone Request. E.g. "Call the cable company and tell them to send a technician to my house asap." with some more information and set a price. A secretary can assign the request to themself and call the company. After it is done, he can deliver the answers.
The customer then can approve the answer, which triggers the payment for the secretary.
