Help with Adult (sex toy) SEO earn by blogging adsense income

Brand new site of a client that's a high-end sex toy e-commerce store.

Not a type of product (even as a sex toy) that can be openly shared on social or thru. guest posts.

Most links on competitor sites are coming from link trades and adult list websites. Some niche forums (we've started doing this).

On-page is on point.New long-form content is being published twice a week.

For building backlinks, what should be my priorities?

I've never done adult SEO before so not sure what are some effective tactics here to build links and rank faster. Thanks!
