Two blogs are using my content, wonder if it's bad or good for SEO longterm earn by blogging adsense income

Hi!

I'm running a blog and two of our competitors are reposting all our blogposts on their website. One of them is a higher authority website than mine. So sometimes they get a better spot at Google.

Blog A reposts my post without backlinks, only at the end they put a 'no follow' backlink like this: Source *mywebsite*

Blog B reposts my posts including backlinks that I put into it to my own content (also no follow) in the article and 3 or 4 times the source of the blogpost.

Should I ask them to stop or is this alright? And what if I ask them to not use no follow backlinks? I want to make sure this isn't hurting my SEO longterm, I don't really care about shortterm.
