I have teamed up with a real estate property manager who leases, rents, and sells condos. She said she would give me a commission for every "investor / buyer" I bring to her.
I was thinking about setting up my a pseudo "property management" website, showing pictures & listings of all the condos/properties available, and running some Internet marketing to generate leads.
Is this a legit business model? Anybody have experience doing this? What are some things to look out for?
