How can I create a platform to post influencer gigs (similar to UpWork but directly related to my business)? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I run a PR-type of business where one on side I'm paid by companies to create buzz for their businesses (among other consulting services), and on the other side I source influencers to do just that. I post assignments for them to pick up and fulfill and it’s becoming difficult to moderate.

 

I’m 22. I have no experience with any of this. I’m just very good at talking to people and offering business strategy. Surprisingly, I'm scaling fairly quickly and my arsenal of influencers has grown to 30+. They've begun to look to me for regular work and refer their friends to me as well. The profit I make per project is awesome and the influencers are professional and easy to work with. I’m grateful for this but it's honestly too much to keep up with. I don't want to admit I'm overwhelmed and let these connections go. I don’t want to come off as unprepared or unprofessional. I just didn’t know I would grow this quickly or even at all. This was supposed to be a side stream of income. Automation is what I need.

 

Right now I'm using Trello to post the promotional assignments and when they sign on to a project I have to manually send them the details, delete the opportunity, record the time of assignment and completion, check their work, etc etc etc. Trello has made this easier than how I used to have to navigate via email and excel spreadsheets. However… there has to be another option. I have a lot of disposable income now so I’m willing to invest whatever and wherever I have to—be it software, a developer, anything. Or if it's as simple as setting up a forum framework, let me know if that's viable. I’m not tech savvy in the slightest so I need help figuring out my actual options.

 

Ideally, I’d like to have a platform in which they can bid on promotional gigs. When a business contacts me, I’d want to be able to post the project details and have people select which ones they’d like to work on and have that documented. That’s it. But I know that small amount of automation can run me big money.

 

What are your recommendations? I have some downtime (about 1 week) because I have everyone working on projects right now.
