Hi there. I'm still relatively new to SEO and could use some advice since this isn't my primary focus. I've got a client that wants me to make titles and meta descriptions for each of his products. Now, this wouldn't be as much of an issue if the keywords sounded natural. Let's say he's got a shop selling rings. Some of his keywords are either too generic like "great gifts for her" or in plural, like "gold rings for women".
Since the title is supposed to reflect one single product, like a 14k gold ring for example, can I do something like:
Title: A Great Gift for Her - Surprise Your Sweetheart with a 14k gold ring from RingBling! (limited to 70 characters or lower of course)
Meta: Looking for Great gifts for her? How about an eye-cathcing gold ring from Ringbling.com? or whatever
Is this gonna get penalized somehow? Should I always use the plural if the kw he supplies me with is in plural, and if so, does i always need to be in plural both in the title and the meta?
Thanks!
