Recent College Grad, Denied A "Promised" Job - What Now? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello r/Entrepreneur

As the title states, I was given a verbal promise of a job. The position was brand new, and I was given a lot of insight on the job. They asked what exactly I would want to do, created the position, sent me the draft job description, and even told me they would raise my pay in the position I was in (intern) while I waited for the position to be created.
Well....they ended up giving the position to a different internal employee. (the job was implied through conversations and statements such as "bridging the gap" but nothing in writing)

Now that you have the background of my story, I now would like to give it a positive twist.

While I was going through this process, and waiting for the decision of the job, I created and launched a drop shipping website. I believe it has some promise if I can effectively advertise, and I personally enjoy working on it.

As a recent college graduate, I am back with the parents for the time being, and have little to no expenses (thankfully).

I would love to ask you guys what YOU would do in this situation. Focus on generating revenue from the website? Go back on the job-hunt? Both?

I am open to ideas, and thankfully I am remaining positive about my situation!
