Am I charging too low for SEO? earn by blogging adsense income

I'm a freelance web designer who happens to very effective at SEO. (Achieved countless #1 positions for some pretty important keywords. Built & managed a website that grew to 2 million hits a month because of SEO.)

A construction company hired me to create their website and do SEO. I have no idea how to price SEO so I'm charging them $500/month for 3 months then $333/month for each 3 months afterwards to target 10 keywords. (Canadian dollars)

Is this too low to charge? I'm a freelance web designer and only recently started to sell my SEO services to my clients.

Any tips or guidance would be much appreciated.
