Google indexed non-html and .html in a URL (I fucked my partner up for that) earn by blogging adsense income

Now i have more than 1000 meta and title duplicate content notfication in Search Console (Improving HTML)

Here is thing.

My all old url form is domain/post.html (wordpress website). But my partner did a stupid thing, he changed the permanent links to domain/post. So all old links turn to 404 error.

Unluckily, GG index many new links (non html).

I fixed this problems by redirecting all non-html to .html (one by one). It was 8 days but in nothing change in Search Console, same notification about duplicate content.

Can you guy help me fix this, I fucked my partner up for this thing.
