Advice for Profit sharing entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm looking for some advice regarding profit sharing.

I am the sole investor in making media content, the idea for all the content is my own , A director has made me an offer to share 50% of the profits after my initial investment has been paid back in return for this they will manage all the content for sales on various platforms along with setting up and running a website.

Would you share 50% of all profit in this arrangement. If you wouldn't what do you believe would be a fair profit split, please give reasons for your answer.

Is there a general formula that can be used to work it out?
