Should my company name be the same as my product name? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

For example, if I start a company called SuperCorp that makes a product called the Mega Widget, does it make sense to change the company name to Mega Widget?

It seems like it would be easier to build a brand that way since there's only one name for customers to remember. However it also seems good to have them separate in case you want to expand to new products in addition to the Mega Widget. Thoughts?
