I’m very passionate about cooking and several times coworkers and friends have asked me if I would cook for them when they see the food I have cooked/brought to work. I am very interested in starting a business where I can prepare meals/food prep but I am looking for some guidance on where to start.
I have ~10 years of retail experience. 3 years of which were spent handling administration work, monitoring expenses, and personnel hiring. The other 7 have been in sales.
I have a basic grasp on inventory, cash flow and tracking all of that to a point. But I’m not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions or help?
