What is the minimum number of searches you aim for when selecting a keyword? earn by blogging adsense income

I recently got the ahrefs trial account and if it helps me, I may end up paying for it as well. Although it is very expensive. I was targeting keywords with 300-400 searches. These keywords had low "Keyword difficulty" so I thought maybe I can rank easily for these keywords. But today I realized that 300-400 is quite low. What is the minimum number of searches you aim for when selecting a keyword?
