When starting a business with another person, which is the best route to go, Partnership or LLC? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

The business is creating a product (cards) that will be for sale online and possibly locally.

10% of profits will be donated to charity.

Myself and another are the only people currently working on the project, so 2 founders, who have split costs equally up to this point.
