I need some help.

I've made quick wordpress sites for folks in the past and I want to do it again.

I'm not a "developer". Not at all. I know a bit of CSS and HTML. I know how to login and use an FTP. I've made my own business sites for a while and I've done it for others in the past.

And there are a lot of people out there who don't want to spend more than $3k on a website to be set up for them. And I want to slide in there at the $2k pretty little website niche.

Also, a ton of agencies pretty much just reskin a wordpress theme and sell it for $6k.

So I think if I'm honest about what I do, do a good job, and show my client how to handle it, they'll be super stoked.

My question is...

Which wordpress themes should I use?

A lot of the newer ones suck. They're beautiful, but clunky and slow.

I've been using Massive Dynamic and Jupiter, and they're super slow.

Super. Slow.

They're pretty awful in speed, but beautiful.

Is there any theme I can use that'll be faster?
