[Help] How to choose a business partner? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I've spent a year in my startup.. started with 3 friends, they didn't continue, then another 3 friends, one of them is not willing to continue. I've explained the situation in some detail in this post

so right now I'm willing to find a partner that is:

• knowledgeable in the field
• self-motivated (no baby sitting)
• trustworthy
• carry the same values as I do, as we have 100 hr/month for charity

Where to search? How to test him? How to get him involved without over selling?
