How to find clients for my web/mobile development business? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello /r/entrepreneur! You guys have helped me a lot and I have another question.

I recently started a web and mobile development company with a partner of mine and we although we are very capable of doing the work people need we can't seem to find clients! We mainly patrol /r/forhire and craigslist and will constantly email people but never get responses. I'd estimate we have sent over 100 emails with no actual closings. What are we doing wrong? Should I be going to different sites? Should I charge less? ($50/hr) Do I just suck at selling?
