I want to pitch an idea to a friend. Not sure what % to ask for... entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have a friend who makes lip balm. Her story is incredible, her product is fantastic, hand made, and gets great feedback from her local customers.

She sells it for less than half its value in my opinion. So I want to pitch to her that I want to set up an online store, handle all of the marketing and packaging for her when it comes to this specific product.

Now I thought about asking for 25% profit share, but I'm not sure that's fair. I bring a lot to the table, but I also want to be fair and not greedy. I'm not sure considering the product is her brain child, but she makes literally less than $30/month off of it.

I know I could turn that into $500+/month. I know how I can execute it, I know how I can build her brand. What I DONT know is how to figure out %'s, write up a fair contract and where to start from the partnership side, assuming shes interested.

Where do I start?
