I'm just looking for a bit of advice, insights, or tips for an introverted digital marketing guy who's looking to make his way into sales. I've recently launched a partnership agency and one of my goals is to get better at pitching and building relationships so I can build our client-base. I'm not bad in client meetings and can navigate a meeting as long as it goes according to plan. When unplanned questions come up or a client is upset about something, I tend to shut down and / or panic. Are there any other introverted entrepreneurs who are, or have, been able to work toward a more extroverted role?
