Should my Home page be HTML rather than Javascript? earn by blogging adsense income

I'm developing a web app and the entire UI for registered users is in Webix (a Javascript framework). I know this is bad for SEO.

I'm wondering if I should make the home page (e.g., Home, about, pricing, etc.) just in HTML?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
