Hello I would like to start a business selling eco friendly water. Why do I call it eco friendly? Because I would like to get used water bottles and have them cleaned and repackaged with my own water and re sold.
The promotion would be it's good for the enviroment, but it would also cut down significantly on my expenses as well.
If I were to take once used water bottles, clean them, put fresh water in and use my own label. What are my chances of being sued into oblivion?
I have thought about different ways of selling the water, perhaps craigslist or make my own website. Is it illegal for me to repackage water bottles with my own label?
I know this idea is far fetched but I'd like to hear why from you guys.
