Can't get over $10,000 a month for my LifeStyle Brand Shopify Site. How do you get people to buy off your site instead of Amazon? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

For the last 18-24 months our website can't seem to get over $10,000/mo consistently. Nov/Dec we do 20-30k but then by Feb it dips and then March through October we do $5-9k in sales.

Anyone else have a lifestyle brand that struggles to hit that next tier of 20-25k/month? What advice do you have? We can't get anywhere near our Amazon sales.

We currently do the following for marketing

-Weekly blog posts -New videos every few weeks -PPC/Retargetting, FB Ads, Instagram -17,000 person email list with automations

Anyone in a similar situation that has suggestions?
