Has anyone tried hosting workshops? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm part of a small team at PassionDig. We’re building a marketplace for those who can offer fun hands-on learning experiences and thus encourage other people to try new things. We’re looking for people who can host these Experiences.

I thought that the people of this sub would make great hosts, because if you have a business, like screen printing, it would be easy enough to add a screenprinting workshop so that out of towners or regular patrons can try something new. You're providing them the experience of screen printing which they may never get to try or do themselves ever again. It's memorable for the guests, profitable for the business, and hopefully fun for everyone. Other examples are if you have a camera/camera equipment business, you can host photography classes and experiences for newbies. If you have an ice cream business, you can host a simplified ice cream making class for parents and kids.

On the contrary, you don't need formal teaching experience because our focus is on a friendlier, more social and supportive way of teaching and learning.
