How much a sys-admin is important to a start-up ? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi, Recently i've began to code an app with a friend of mine. We are quite confident about the concept, and we've involved another friend of ours, that's pretty strong about a lot of subjects, and especially about sys admin. We're pretty sure that he'll be a real plus to the project, but he's asking a strong 33% of the thing. He doesn't develop at all, and will only be effective to manage the servers. The fact that we don't know a shit about sys admin put us in doubt, but we really don't know what to do. What do you guys think ?
