404 after moving to another CMS earn by blogging adsense income

my business partner had a website which was not working correctly but it was already indexed by google. he asked me to become a partner and we made the website new. now the urls are different and also all the products (which users posted) aren't online anymore and we get hundreds of 404 every day - what can i do? say in google webmaster tools that they are all fixed? google also indexed close to 3000 sites and now it indexed 7 - any help would be great
