My business partner and I are about to launch a cable railing business. We are in patent pending status for a couple of components and we plan to sell at about 1/2 of the cheapest system on the market. We’ve thought through a lot of “what ifs” but I’m sure I’ve missed something. He’s a PhD mechanical engineer and I’ve made a career in construction sales, we’ve been very close friends for almost a decade now.
Any ideas or thoughts for an entrepreneur who is about to get his cherry popped?
