So I run a small business remotely from Australia and had a friend in the US shipping out product for me. We'd been doing this for a few weeks until she unfortunately decided to revoke the deal without giving me any notice. Now I'm kind of screwed. Don't go in business with friends, kids.
Anyone know of any small time fulfillment centers out there that are flexible? Maybe someone here even has one that they run out of their home / garage or something?
The reason I'd prefer a small business (or individual) is that the product isn't fully packaged yet. Part of the deal was for the friend to attach the correct charms to bracelets (takes 30 seconds) when each order comes through, and then package them up + ship. So you could say it's a customized product at the moment.
This was meant to change in the future when I could get enough stock pre-made (bracelets have 50 combinations, so it was hard to make that much stock upfront - I make the entire product by hand).

2-10 orders per day currently but has previously been 10-30 before I closed the store last time (due to me moving back to AUS)
Keep having shipping issues and it fucking sucks, man. Appreciate any help this subreddit could give me!
