Essentially, let’s say there’s been a house for sale for awhile but it’s not getting any offers. Through Facebook marketing, could you market and find buyers and pass them through to brokers for a “finders fee” commission without needing a real estate license?
This could be a dumb idea, I’m just in the early stages of coming up with something I could do on the side to make extra cash.
