Looking to rent, lease or buy a space to make a pool hall. I would love to have. Byob concept. I don't need a kitchen but this would be extra revenue to sell sandwiches.

Where do I possibly start??? I have found a building and good location.

Do I need legal counseling to change the purpose of the building??
