Is there a quicker way to check how my website ranks than just googling myself? earn by blogging adsense income

I've been just googling myself to check to see if my site is ranking high in google searches for various different search words.

There's gotta be a more efficient way to do this right? Like some site/service that automatically can give you these results (and also, hopefully it will tell me how i am doing in different cities, as when i manually search for myself i am obviously only doing it in my home city).
