What is your own checklist right after posting a new page to your website? earn by blogging adsense income

My own:

• Use opensignal to send the notification of a new post to my followers.
• Talk about it on twitter, google plus, facebook and my own tumblrs
• If it's a very useful / interesting article, I'll post it also on StumbleUpon
• Review my post to see if I can improve the SEO somehow, like checking all alt tags, links, h1 tags, etc

This is what I do every time right after posting. What about you?
