How to know how much to charge for a website? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi all,

I'm still a student and I'm selling websites on my free times to save some money to do my own business.

However i need help with pricing, how do I come with the values? Local companies ask for ~3-4k for a simple website. I sold my first website for 450€ + 420€ for a whole year of maintenance, 870€ total. I know i went LOW on this one but i had no idea about the prices.

I have a new client now, how do I proceed to calculate the price? Any advice would be SUPER welcome!
